The Halveny store at halveny.com is operated by SR DIGITAL COMMERCE LLC, a Florida limited liability company, with its registered address at 1200 N Federal Hwy, Boca Raton, FL 33432, United States. In these Terms of service, "we", "us" and "our" refer to SR DIGITAL COMMERCE LLC. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of service. 2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Our store sells and ships to addresses in the United States only.

3. Products and information

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Colors and details may vary slightly depending on your screen. We may change product descriptions, prices and availability at any time without prior notice.

Personalization requests are reviewed before production. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any personalization that, in our judgment, may infringe trademarks, copyrights or other third-party rights (including brand names, logos, sports team names or characters) or that contains offensive content. If we cancel an order for this reason, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Shipping is free on all orders. Payment is due at the time of the order and is processed by our payment providers. Charges appear on your card statement as SP HALVENY. We may refuse or cancel any order, including in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or product unavailability; in that case, any amount charged will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Shipping

Products are shipped directly from China by a third-party supplier. Processing takes 4 to 8 business days after the order is placed, and delivery takes 7 to 15 business days after shipment. These times are estimates. There are no customs duties or import fees for US orders, because all import duties are prepaid before delivery (Delivered Duty Paid, DDP). Separate packages, order tracking and orders not delivered are described in our Shipping policy, which forms part of these Terms of service.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are governed by our Return and refund policy, which forms part of these Terms of service. No physical return of the product is required for an approved request.

7. Use of the website

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its security or operation, and not to copy, reproduce or exploit any part of its content without our written permission.

8. Intellectual property

All content on halveny.com, including texts, images, designs, logos and the Halveny brand name, belongs to SR DIGITAL COMMERCE LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Third party services

Our website uses third party services, such as Shopify, our ecommerce platform; order fulfillment providers; payment processors; shipping carriers; and Klaviyo, our email marketing tool. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
