This Shipping policy applies to all orders placed on halveny.com. The Halveny store at halveny.com is operated by SR DIGITAL COMMERCE LLC, a Florida limited liability company, with its registered address at 1200 N Federal Hwy, Boca Raton, FL 33432, United States. 1. Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

2. Where products ship from

Our products are shipped directly from China by a third-party supplier.

3. Shipping cost

We offer free shipping on all orders. We do not offer an expedited shipping option.

4. Processing time

Orders are processed within 4 to 8 business days after the order is placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

5. Delivery time

After shipment, delivery takes 7 to 15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are counted from the date the order is shipped.

6. Order tracking

When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email to the email address used for the purchase with the tracking information, when available.

7. Separate packages

If your order contains more than one item, the items may be shipped and delivered in separate packages, on different dates.

8. Customs and import duties

There are no customs duties or import fees for orders shipped to the United States. All import duties are prepaid before delivery (Delivered Duty Paid, DDP), so you will not be asked to pay any customs fees at delivery.

9. Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at help@halveny.com as soon as possible, before the order ships.

10. Orders not delivered

If your order has not been delivered after the maximum delivery time (8 business days of processing plus 15 business days after shipment), please contact us at help@halveny.com. Refund requests for orders not delivered are handled as described in our Return and refund policy.
